Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the luck866 website accessible at luck866.app, including all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces and Progressive Web App (PWA) versions.
• "luck866", "we", "us" or "our" refers to luck866 and its authorised operating entities responsible for the Platform.
• "Player", "you" or "your" means any individual who registers an account on or accesses the luck866 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created through the luck866 registration process.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which player balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin award, reload offer, cashback, tournament prize or other incentive offered by luck866.
• "Games" means all casino games, sports betting markets, Jackpot Slots, live casino tables, Fishing War, Cockfighting and tournament products available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required by luck866 to confirm a player's identity.

By creating an Account on luck866, by clicking any registration or login button, or by accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the luck866 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not attempt to register or maintain an Account.

To register an Account and use the luck866 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of luck866, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by luck866 for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan and a valid email address or phone number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

Each Player may hold only one Account on luck866 at any given time. Duplicate or multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited. If luck866 identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances held therein may be forfeited.

You are solely and entirely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity that occurs under your Account credentials, whether or not you authorised such activity.
• Ensuring that your account contact details, including email address and mobile number, are kept current and accurate.
• Notifying luck866 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

luck866 reserves the right to require KYC verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on luck866 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via approved payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, SadaPay and Raast. luck866 reserves the right to add, remove or modify available payment methods at its discretion.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is 500 PKR. Deposits are generally credited to your Account wallet instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. luck866 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network issues.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform for each payment method. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. luck866 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless luck866 expressly approves an alternative. luck866 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

luck866 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, HBL PSL season promotions, reload offers, cashback awards and tournament prize pools. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion.

General Bonus conditions applicable across all luck866 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• A player may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states it is repeatable.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus wagering that meet the applicable Wagering Requirement may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each Bonus. Unmet bonuses expire automatically on the stated date.
• luck866 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any Bonus at any time in cases of suspected abuse, system errors or fraud.
• Bonuses are awarded for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be used for systematic, professional or arbitrage-style wagering strategies.
• luck866 may limit the maximum withdrawal derived from bonus funds. This limit, where applicable, will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

All Games available on the luck866 Platform operate under individual game rules published within the respective game interfaces. By participating in any Game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these general Terms.

luck866 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all games that rely on random outcomes. Live Casino games are operated by third-party live dealer providers whose own game rules and procedures apply. Cockfighting and Fishing War products operate under event-specific rules displayed at the time of wagering.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or system error during a Game round, luck866 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account. Where a malfunction cannot be remedied, luck866's decision as to the appropriate resolution shall be final.

luck866 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or game interruptions attributable to the Player's own internet connection, device performance or software issues.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luck866 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following acts may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their funds withheld pending investigation, and the matter referred to appropriate authorities where warranted:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Opening or using multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming Bonuses more than once or circumventing restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or otherwise dispute legitimate transactions processed by luck866.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any Game or the Platform interface in an automated manner.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit Platform systems or game mechanics.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful financial activity.
• Sharing Account credentials with or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Attempting to access or interfere with any other Player's Account, data or personal information.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, error or misconfiguration in the Platform for personal gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.

All content on the luck866 Platform, including but not limited to the luck866 name, logo, brand identity, software, source code, game assets, graphics, audio, video, text, databases and structural design, is the exclusive intellectual property of luck866 or its duly licensed third-party providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Platform content.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content without express written permission from luck866.
• Using the luck866 name, logo or brand assets in any context that implies an endorsement or affiliation not authorised by luck866.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck866 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of gaming winnings, loss of data or interruption of service.

luck866 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. luck866's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of all claims arising from Platform use in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the same period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits luck866's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

luck866 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Pakistan. The Platform provides every registered Account holder with access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from Account Settings:

• Daily Deposit Limits: Set a maximum PKR amount that may be deposited in any 24-hour period. Limits apply immediately and may not be increased for at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen notifications at set time intervals to monitor active play duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Periodic prompts showing total time played and net results during the current session.

Players who activate self-exclusion will be prevented from creating new Accounts on luck866. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

luck866 collects, stores and processes personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at luck866.app/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to luck866 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and the delivery of platform services. luck866 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting luck866 support. Certain data retention obligations imposed by applicable law or regulation may limit luck866's ability to fulfil deletion requests in full.

luck866 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently close any Account where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• luck866 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other unlawful conduct.
• The Player has failed to satisfy KYC or verification requirements within a reasonable time.
• Continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable risk to luck866 or to other Players.
• The Player has engaged in any conduct harmful to the reputation or integrity of the luck866 Platform.

Upon Account closure for cause, any balance held in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a Player's Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verifiable real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting luck866 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which luck866 holds its international gaming licence. Players in Pakistan agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or their use of the Platform shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in this section.

In the first instance, Players should raise any dispute or complaint with luck866 support by contacting the team at the email address listed in the Contact section below. luck866 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 3 business days and aim to provide a full written response within 14 business days.

If a dispute is not resolved through the internal complaints process, the Player may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by luck866's licensing authority, details of which are available upon request.

luck866 reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page, together with the effective date of the most recent revision.

For material changes — meaning those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — luck866 will provide advance notice to registered Players through one or more of the following channels: email notification, an in-platform announcement banner, or a notification in the Player's Account dashboard.

Your continued use of the luck866 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
